These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.plybckstudios.com, our services, and our SMS/text messaging program (collectively, the "Service") operated by PLYBCK Studios ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Bookings & Payments
Studio time is booked by request. We confirm availability before payment is collected. Rates, block pricing, deposits, and cancellation windows are shown at the time of booking and communicated in writing before payment.
2. SMS Messaging Program (A2P 10DLC)
By opting in to our SMS program (for example, by checking the SMS consent box on a form and submitting your mobile number), you agree to the following:
- Program description. PLYBCK Studios sends recurring marketing and promotional text messages, including studio offers, discounts, giveaways, and booking-related updates.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service from PLYBCK Studios.
- Message frequency varies. You may receive up to several messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.
- Opt-out. Text STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message.
- Help. Text HELP for support, or email plybckstudios@gmail.com.
- Supported carriers. Supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent information are never sold, shared, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. All content on the Site is owned by PLYBCK Studios or its licensors.
4. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PLYBCK Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
