1. Acceptance
By accessing this website, submitting a form or booking request, or opting in to receive communications from PLYBCK Studios LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit a request.
2. Bookings & Payments
Studio time is booked by request. We confirm availability before payment is collected. Rates, block pricing, deposits, and cancellation windows are shown at the time of booking and communicated in writing before payment. Submitting a booking request does not constitute a confirmed reservation until PLYBCK Studios approves the request.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Program (A2P 10DLC & TCPA)
3.1 Program description. PLYBCK Studios LLC operates a text messaging program used to contact clients and prospective clients about booking confirmations, session reminders, session updates, invoices, and — with separate opt-in — marketing offers, discounts, giveaways, and studio news.
3.2 Opt-in and consent. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the applicable SMS consent box on our forms, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from PLYBCK Studios at the mobile number you provided, including messages delivered using an automatic telephone dialing system or pre-recorded voice technology. You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service from PLYBCK Studios LLC.
3.3 Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
3.4 Fees. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.
3.5 Opt-out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send you. After you send "STOP" we will send you a confirmation message and stop sending SMS messages. To re-subscribe, opt in again through one of our forms.
3.6 Help. Reply HELP to any text message for assistance, or email info@plybckstudios.com.
3.7 Supported carriers. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and most other US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3.8 Privacy. No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
3.9 Email communications. You may also receive email communications from PLYBCK Studios LLC related to your booking or inquiry. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Transactional and booking-related emails will continue as required.
3.10 Compliance. PLYBCK Studios LLC complies with all applicable federal and state laws, the TCPA, CTIA messaging guidelines, and wireless carrier requirements regarding SMS messaging. 3.11 Lead source. All contacts are direct — we do not use purchased, rented, or affiliate lead lists.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to submit a booking request or opt in to our SMS program.
5. Truthful Information
All information you submit must be truthful and accurate. Misrepresentation may result in cancellation of your booking or removal from our SMS program.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and the PLYBCK Studios LLC brand — is owned by PLYBCK Studios LLC and protected by applicable law.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Any statements about results, exposure, or outcomes from working with PLYBCK Studios LLC are not guarantees. Results vary based on effort, project, market, and other factors.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PLYBCK Studios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, our services, or our SMS program.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site or our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
