This Privacy Policy describes how PLYBCK Studios LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit www.plybckstudios.com, submit a booking request or form, or communicate with us by email, phone, or text message (SMS).

2. Information We Collect

  • Contact information: name, email address, mobile phone number, artist/band name, Instagram handle.
  • Booking data: session preferences, service interests, dates, hours, and any details you provide.
  • Consent metadata: timestamp of consent, source page/URL, IP address, user agent, and which boxes you checked.
  • Communications you send to us via email, SMS, or phone.
  • Standard web analytics (pages visited, device, approximate location) via Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to booking requests, quotes, and inquiries.
  • To contact you about your session via email, phone, and SMS (when you have opted in).
  • To send booking confirmations, session reminders, invoices, and other transactional communications.
  • With your explicit consent, to send marketing emails and SMS about studio offers, discounts, and events.
  • To comply with legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.
  • To improve our website, forms, and studio operations.

All contacts are direct — we do not use purchased, rented, or affiliate lead lists.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program (A2P 10DLC & TCPA)

Program description. PLYBCK Studios LLC operates an SMS messaging program used to contact clients and prospective clients about booking confirmations, session reminders, session updates, invoices, and — with separate opt-in — marketing offers, discounts, giveaways, and studio news.

Opt-in. You opt in by checking the applicable SMS consent box on our website or booking forms and submitting your mobile phone number. By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from PLYBCK Studios LLC, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or pre-recorded voice technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

Fees. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.

Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you send "STOP" we will send a confirmation message and stop sending you SMS messages. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages again.

Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email info@plybckstudios.com.

Supported carriers. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and most other US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No sharing of SMS opt-in data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel) for site functionality, analytics, and ad measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may not function correctly.

6. How We Share Your Information

We share data only with vetted service providers (such as hosting, email, SMS aggregator, analytics, and payment processors) that are bound by confidentiality and process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at info@plybckstudios.com. To stop SMS messages, reply STOP to any text. To stop emails, click the unsubscribe link in any email.

9. Children

Our site and SMS program are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

10. Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
